Absolute Health & Performance is opening our third state of the art, comprehensive sports medicine, health and fitness centre. Providing specialised performance coaching and full clinical rehabilitation services in a facility with beautifully appointed clinic rooms and 220 sqm fully equipped performance and rehab training floor. With a team comprised of Australian Olympic and Commonwealth Games teams Sports Physicians, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Melbournes leading Performance Coaches, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Clinical & Sports Dietitian and Massage Therapists, Absolute brings the highest quality of patient care to the Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.
You will be ambitious, driven, and a high performer with an excellent academic background, a passion for health and fitness and a dedication to providing top class evidenced based practice. You will also need the drive to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and lead by example with clinical excellence. As part of this all-encompassing role, as the team grows you will help develop and mentor a team of highly skilled clinicians along with the clinical director and will contribute to other key aspects of business growth and staff development.

Required qualifications, attributes and skills:
- Post Graduate Qualifications
- 7 years plus experience in managing a busy musculoskeletal caseload of patients as a first contact practitioner in a private practice environment
- Proven ability to build and retain a strong patient and referrer list
- Strong business acumen including business development
- Outgoing and personable
- Registrant of the AHPRA and any other relevant governing bodies
- To be able to exercise a professional duty of care in a safe environment
- To undertake career-long, self-directed learning
- To know the professional and personal scope of practice and be able to make appropriate referrals
- Effective skills in communicating information, advice, instruction and professional opinion to colleagues, patients, clients, users, their relatives and care givers

- Previous team management experience
- Marketing and social media skills
