I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Absolute. The depth of knowledge and experience is evident in everything they do – whether it be 1:1 PT and working with clients to achieve personal goals, small group classes, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention, corporate presentations, massage therapy, etc. I love that Absolute can fulfill all of these requirements for me. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive – from the front of house to the coaches and practitioners. It’s incredible to have such a wealth of knowledge and experience so accessible. The team at Absolute really are a cut above – I cannot recommend them highly enough!
